The distinctive features of the TP3 thermosealing machine are its strength and easiness of use. It is conceived especially for packing pre-cooked meals for catering service companies, canteens, hospitals; as well as for the packaging in trays of different varieties of cheese, pickled olives and seafood specialities.
FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS
The maximum suitable dimension for housing the trays (400/280/150 mm) and the fast sealing cycle (it lasts only
3/4 seconds) can guarantee a large production. The sealing temperature is controlled by a thermoregulator.
EASY AND FAST CHANGING DIES
The easiness of dies changing is one of the great advantages and feature of the TSG series. Any operator can quickly change the dies with a few and simple manoeuvres reducing consequently the stand-by time of the apparel at the minimum. There are many dies available: either cutting the exceeding film along the tray edge for an effective demonstration of the product, or simply sealing the film and cutting it across. All the dies can have one or more impressions according to the different dimensions of the trays.
