|
The Tsg3 models are expressly designed and produced for both small and medium companies. All the versions available of the TSG machine are necessary for all food-companies that package their products using both the vacuum and gas methods (modified atmosphere). This because the TSG models are easy to use, the die changing is simple and fast and the addiction of technical alimentary gases increase the shelf-life. The manufacturing characteristics and the high quality components used assure your TSG machine a long working life and a high productive efficiency. Remarkable is the size of the vacuum chamber
(410/290/120 mm).
ADVANTAGES OF THE PROTECTIVE ATMOSPHERE
Using this packaging system many kinds of food like fresh pasta, baked products, coffee, meat, fish, vegetables and fruit, cheese, precooked food etc.. keep their quality characteristics unchanged. Thanks to the reduced enzymatic and bacterial activity the taste, smell and appearance of the food packed remain unaltered. The most significant advantages of using the protective atmosphere are:
- reduction of the operative costs thanks to products distribution,
- remarkable reduction of rendered products caused by unsatisfactory packaging,
- chance to offer your customs early fruit or vegetables,
- warranted sterilization of biomedical products
EASYNESS OF USE
Using the TSG models the packaging is simple and easy. Thanks to the electronic control panel with
20 different programmes one can choose the best way to operate following the different packaging necessities:
- vacuum + gas+ sealing
- vacuum + sealing
- sealing.
Also the different packaging cycles are very easy to set and store. A special display allows the correct sealing temperature selection. The TSG models can seal various kinds of materials including:
- polypropylen film
- high / low density polyethylene
- coupled alluminium
- Tyvek (biomedical sector)
- Polyamid
- Polyester
EASY DIES CHANGING
The dies changing system is characterized by a unique easiness of use: in a very short time and with few simple manoeuvres any operator can change the die reducing, this way, the stand-by time at the minimum necessary. The dies are available either cutting the exceeding film along the tray edge –for a best presentation of the product- or simply sealing the film. The dies are available in one or more impressions according to the dimensions of the tray.
At the end of the sealing, thanks to the display counter, it is possible to check the effective production carried out.
